About
GanttWorks is led by Douglas Westby, a PMP®-certified project, program and portfolio manager and a Registered Professional Engineer in Telecommunications & Electronics. As Manager of the Project Management Office at Belize Telemedia, he leads governance structures, implements project management methodologies, and manages the organisation's project portfolio — the same PMO work GanttWorks brings to clients. He also holds Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Agile Hybrid Project Pro (AHPP) certifications, and is currently pursuing a doctorate at Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana de México.
